Unfortunately, my experience was marred by the rude service I encountered at check-in. The front desk staff was dismissive of my concerns regarding the rate discrepancy, which made me feel unvalued as a guest. The lack of professionalism from one staff member really impacted my stay negatively.

Super friendly staff made a big difference. Leah at the front desk went above and beyond. My room was spacious, stocked with quality toiletries, and the bed offered a good night's sleep. I loved the breakfast variety, even though it could use a few more options, like country gravy. The coffee served was LAVAZZA, not my favorite, but it was available all day. The location was convenient, but getting in and out of the hotel was a bit tricky due to the traffic pattern off I-81. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but I wish for more breakfast choices and better coffee.
